Kombu Dressing - Vegetables and kombu seaweed
This vinaigrette made with Gaspésie kombu seaweed and a delicious blend of vegetables goes perfectly with your seafood and fish. It can be mixed with mayonnaise, onions, shrimps, lobster and even good toast.
Its level of acidity is higher which will add a unique taste to your shellfish rags.
Ingredients : Canola oil, white vinegar (for vinaigrette), Kombu seaweed, carrot, leek, chilli, peppers, salt, white sugar
