Preparation for meat tartare - Asian inspiration
The Asian version for a red meat tartare: with notes of sesame, ginger and garlic. A delicious savory sweet also good with a tataki, a poke bowl or even a vegetable-filled salad with chicken. Also try the preparation as a marinade or seasoning for cooking!
For 100g of the cut protein, add 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the preparation
Suggestion of accompaniment
A tablespoon or two of green onion
A tablespoon of fresh coriander
A yellow egg
Your favorite hot sauce, or not.
Ideal with beef, veal, duck, horse, bison and elk.
Ingredients: Hsesame oil, olive oil, organic maple syrup, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), rice vinegar, lime juice, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, xanthan gum.
