Cajun beer bread
Here's a delicious Cajun beer bread mix to make at home in just 5 minutes. The preparation of this one does not require any bread machine, neither mold nor kneading. You will only be missing one beer of your choice: a blonde, a dark, a white, an IPA ... and voila.
This bread is dense, consistent and without alveoli. Serve it with a fwavy cheese, raclette, pâté, rillette, terrine, foie gras, cold cuts, sausage, in croutons with a soup or a salad. Use it even to make a sandwich, croque-monsieur or bruschetta.
Cooking time: 35 to 38 min.
This bread can be frozen and will keep for up to three months.
Ingredients: Unbleached flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder, herbs, spices.
