Blackcurrant wine jelly
It is a sensation on foie gras and is a must on cheese platters. Perfectly accompanies white meats for a festive table and is all the rage on salmon.
Ingredients: wine Cassis Madeerized, sugar, pectin preparation (water, pectin, lactic acid, citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium benzoate).
May contain traces of mustard and sulphites.
