Procedure for an order error or a defective item
We are sincerely sorry if you have received a defective item! Please note that we always carry out quality control on our items before they are sent.
If you ever notice an error in your order, or a defect in your item, please send us a photo by email to firstname.lastname@example.org , accompanied by your order number and a description of the problem . We allow a period of 10 days following the date of dispatch of the package for a complaint, it is therefore your responsibility to check your items within these periods.
We are ready to help you and find the best solution. In order for us to follow our protocol, it is very important that you give us this information and photos before you send your return by mail.
If you returned your defective item before we received this information, the return shipping costs cannot be refunded.
